Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: Return Policy:
 
  • Apparel: We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, less a 10% restocking fee plus original shipping & handling fees.
  • Shoes: We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, less a 10% restocking fee plus original shipping & handling fees.
  • All custom made or altered items, undergarments and outerwear are not returnable.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Refunds will only be issued on merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of the original purchase and will only be accepted for unworn merchandise accompanied with the original packaging and tags.
  • To return an item, please follow the "Refund & Exchange Procedure" specified below.
  • Note: We have extended our Return Policy from 30 days to January 30th only for those orders which are purchased in November & December.
  Exchange Policy:
 
  • Apparel: Free exchanges.
  • Shoes: 10% exchange fee.
  • Custom made or altered items and outerwear are not exchangeable.
  • Your credit card will only be affected if there is a balance or credit due and it will be applied to your credit card at the time of transaction.
  • Actual shipping & handling charges will be charged for shipping the replacement item(s) -- This is for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
  • Exchanges will only be issued on merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of the original purchase and will only be accepted for unworn merchandise accompanied with the original packaging and tags.

Refund & Exchange Procedure:

 
  1. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued on merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of the original purchase and will only be accepted for unworn merchandise accompanied with the original packaging and tags.
  2. You must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning any item.
  3. We recommend you insure your package and request delivery confirmation.
  4. Please include your name, address, phone number, and RA number inside the package to insure proper credit.
  5. Note: We have extended our Refund & Exchange Policy from 30 days to January 30th only for those orders which are purchased in November & December.
  Processing time:
 
  • Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
  • If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 30 days for the credit to post to your credit card account. Depending on your bank, it may take one to two business cycles for the transaction to post to your statement.
