Refund & Exchange Procedure:

1. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued on merchandise returned within 21 days of your receipt of the original purchase and will only be accepted for unworn merchandise accompanied with the original packaging and tags.
2. You must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning any item.
3. We recommend you insure your package and request delivery confirmation.
4. Please include your name, address, phone number, and RA number inside the package to insure proper credit.

• Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
• If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 21 days for the credit to post to your credit card account. Depending on your bank, it may take one to two business cycles for the transaction to post to your statement.
